The Central library has been built to International standards, spreads over to ground plus two floors with an area of 2000 sqft. It is centrally air-conditioned. It has specialized collections of Books, Journals & other resources in Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Biomedical, Science & Humanities and Management. The collection includes books, back volumes, CDs\ DVDs. The Central Library subscribes to national and international journals in print and e-Journals.
The Central Library aims at an Excellent Storehouse of knowledge by providing an easy access to information resources for Technical learning and Research community. It is also committed to user focus services, fairness, and innovation, professional integrity and social responsibility.
Central library makes maximum use of dependable with Centre on the needs of Educational and Research activities of our students. It maintains a close relationship with students and faculties to co-ordinate the range of academic information and other related services.
Standard Text books and Reference books by well-known authors are stacked, and every effort is made to obtain all titles recommended by the library committee which consists of Principal, HoDs, Librarian and student’s representative. Multiple copies of popular books are bought to make them available to as many students as possible.

Reading hall of the library could accommodate nearly 150 students and average users 200 per day.
The central library has been fully automated by SOUL Software with bar-code facility of all books.
Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) under its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT) has initiated the National Digital Library of India (NDL India) pilot project to develop a framework of virtual repository of learning resources with a single-window search facility. Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find out the right resource with least effort and in minimum time.
UG, PG students and Research Scholars may borrow 5 books and UG students may keep 15 days and PG students may keep one month from the date of issue. Book shall be renewed two times. If the book is not returned on or before the due date a fine of Rs.2 /- per day (including holydays) will be collected.
WEBOPAC allows the user to browse the entire library collection and provides the search facilities by Author, Title, Subject, and Keyword etc. to know the availability of library documents and to save the time of user.
Reprographic Services is available at the rate of Rs.1/- per page.
The main objective of NPTEL program is to enhance the quality of engineering education in the country by developing curriculum based video and web courses.
Our library has a book bank facility with a good collection of books that serves the deserving students.
Digital library has 30 systems with internet facility, which provides access to e-Books, e-Journals, Previous years Question Papers, Question Bank etc. The Central Library is a Wi-Fi enabled place, where the staff & students can access subscribed and freely available online resources for their academic and research activities.
