About the Department

Mathematics is the backbone of engineering and technology, providing the essential tools for logical reasoning, problem-solving, modelling, and innovation. Our department is committed to building strong mathematical foundations that enable students to excel in their respective engineering disciplines and adapt to the ever-evolving demands of industry, research, and higher education.

We offer a learner-centric academic environment supported by experienced faculty, well-structured curricula, and effective teaching–learning practices. Emphasis is placed on conceptual clarity, analytical thinking, application-oriented learning, and interdisciplinary relevance. Welcome to the Department of Mathematics.

Mathematics is the foundation of engineering, science, and technological innovation. Our Mathematics department committed to provide not only the high quality technical education to our students but also the leadership qualities through which they can create employment to others. Our faculties focus on developing analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills among students. Our teaching–learning process integrates mathematical theory with engineering applications to meet the evolving demands of industry and society.
We actively encourage students and faculty to engage in research activities, paper presentations, workshops, seminars, and conferences, fostering a culture of continuous learning and academic excellence. The department also emphasizes professional ethics, teamwork, and human values, preparing students to become competent engineers, lifelong learners, and responsible citizens.
